General office
The general office is composed of the manager of the Forum Helveticum and a project manager. Extra collaborators are hired depending on projects. The Forum Helveticum is a member of the Netzwerk Müllerhaus in Lenzburg, which is in charge of the secretariat.

The statutory auditors are composed of two people. They control the annual accounts and present their report to the steering committe at the attention of the assembly of delegates.
