Ajouter les raisins secs, les noix grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es, le citron confit, le sucre, le kirsch, l\u2019eau de rose, la cannelle et le clou de girofle, bien m\u00e9langer le tout. Laisser reposer un instant.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n P\u00e9trir une petite moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te avec la masse et fa\u00e7onner deux pains allong\u00e9s. Partager le reste de la p\u00e2te en deux et l\u2019\u00e9tendre. Y envelopper chaque pain. Piquer avec une fourchette. Cuire 50 \u00e0 60\u00a0minutes au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 220\u00b0C.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Les pains aux poires se conservent tr\u00e8s longtemps.
