Renverser le moule pour faire tomber la farine exc\u00e9dentaire.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Peler les carottes et les r\u00e2per, r\u00e2per le zeste du citron et en presser le jus. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0\u00a0environ (\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 10\u00a0minutes).<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Travailler les jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un appareil mousseux puis y m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement un \u00e0 un le jus et le zeste de citron, les carottes, les amandes, la farine, le sel et la poudre \u00e0 lever. Battre les blancs d\u2019\u0153uf en neige et les incorporer d\u00e9licatement. Verser l\u2019appareil dans le moule et faire cuire 50 \u00e0 60\u00a0minutes \u00e0 four moyen (180\u00b0\u00a0C).<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Une fois la tourte refroidie, vous pouvez si vous le d\u00e9sirez la garnir d\u2019un gla\u00e7age. Vous \u00e9vitez ainsi que votre g\u00e2teau ne se dess\u00e8che et prolongez sa conservation.
