Les cuire 5\u00a0minutes dans l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e bouillante, ajouter les cornettes ou les macaronis, faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres. Pour \u00e9viter que l\u2019un des deux soit trop cuit, il est cependant conseill\u00e9 de les cuire s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Bien \u00e9goutter les pommes et les p\u00e2tes, les disposer avec le fromage en couches intercal\u00e9es dans un plat \u00e0 gratin pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9. Couper l\u2019oignon en rondelles, le dorer dans le beurre et le r\u00e9partir sur le gratin.
