Y ajouter la farine et remuer constamment le tout jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la farine roussisse. Attention, beaucoup de patience et un peu de doigt\u00e9 sont indispensables pour faire brunir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la farine sans la br\u00fbler.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Retirer imm\u00e9diatement la casserole du feu. Mouiller avec le bouillon de viande port\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9bullition tout en remuant constamment.
