Ajouter le sel, l\u2019oignon piqu\u00e9 et la viande, ainsi que les chutes de choux et de poireaux et faire cuire \u00e0 petit feu pendant 1\u00a0h \u00e0 1\u00a0h\u00a030.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Sortir les l\u00e9gumes cuits et ajouter le chou blanc ou fris\u00e9 coup\u00e9 en quarts, les carottes, les poireaux coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s ainsi que le navet et le c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9s en tranches. Faire cuire une demi-heure de plus. Finalement, ajouter les pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en gros d\u00e9s et continuer la cuisson pendant 20 \u00e0 30\u00a0minutes.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Servir en entr\u00e9e le bouillon cors\u00e9, saupoudr\u00e9 de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, que vous pouvez encore relever en rajoutant un cube.
