Faire cuire le lait, le chocolat en poudre et le b\u00e2ton de vanille et verser le tout sur le pain. Laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert environ une demi-heure. \u00d4ter le b\u00e2ton de vanille et \u00e9craser le pain le plus finement possible \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette. Travailler au fouet le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le sucre et le sel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un appareil mousseux, puis m\u00e9langer au pain en m\u00eame temps que les raisins secs, le jus et le zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9, ainsi que les amandes effil\u00e9es ou les amaretti \u00e9cras\u00e9s. Battre les blancs d\u2019\u0153uf en neige, les incorporer \u00e0 la masse et verser le tout dans le moule beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.
