R\u00e9server 250 g de p\u00e2te pour le couvercle. Foncez l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau avec le reste de la p\u00e2te, en formant un bord de 3 cm de haut.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Garniture<br \/>\r\n <i>300 g de sucre<\/i><br \/>\r\n <i>250 g de noix grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es<\/i><br \/>\r\n <i>2 dl de cr\u00e8me<\/i><br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Faire brunir le sucre dans une casserole, incorporer les noix, ajouter la cr\u00e8me et donner deux bouillons. Verser cette masse dans un moule et recouvrir du couvercle de p\u00e2te. Mettre le moule dans le four froid, faire chauffer 10 minutes \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, puis \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature moyenne.
