In kochendes Salzwasser geben, 5 Minuten kochen, dann die H\u00f6rnli beif\u00fcgen und beides weichkochen. Vorsichtiger ist es, Kartoffeln und H\u00f6rnli separat zu kochen, so kann uns weder das eine noch das andere verkochen.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Beides auf einem Sieb gut abtropfen lassen und nachher lagenweise mit dem grob geraffelten K\u00e4se in einer vorgew\u00e4rmten Sch\u00fcssel anrichten. Die in Ringe geschnittene Zwiebel in der Butter goldbraun braten und beides \u00fcber die fertigen Ch\u00e4smaggerone verteilen.
