Dies braucht viel Geduld und auch etwelches Geschick, damit nichts anbrennt und sich das Mehl gleichm\u00e4ssig br\u00e4unt.<br \/>\r\n \u00a0<br \/>\r\n Alsdann die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und unter R\u00fchren die heisse Fleischbr\u00fche dazu giessen.
